Our mission at MY HOA Matters is to provide exceptional service and support to your community, promoting a sense of pride and unity among your residents. We strive to maintain and enhance the value of your community, as well as facilitate communication among your homeowners, Board members, and the management team. We are dedicated to creating a harmonious and thriving neighborhood, where all members feel welcomed and engaged.

WHAT WE DO

Financial

Compile yearly budget projections, provide monthly financial statements, maintain HOA bank accounts, pay all association bills, collect dues, file liens on delinquent accounts, facilitate tax preparation, work with closing companies when properties are sold/purchased.

 

Vendors

Work with local vendors to maintain entrance landscaping, pools, playgrounds ponds, and other common areas as well as maintaining the insurance policy for the HOA.

 

Communication

Communicate with the board and/or developer as well as residents via phone, text and our online portal to handle any HOA MATTERS. Communication with homeowners by mass mailing as directed by the board.

 

Covenant Enforcement

There is no better way to know what is going on in your neighborhood than hearing directly from the homeowners themselves. Therefore, we provide a way homeowners can easily report their concerns through the online portal.
